At the Architectural Project Management Division, our goal is to promote and implement sustainability rating systems that compliment green building efforts, expand sustainable networks, and improve green infrastructure in accordance with the goals of the City of Austin. By designing and planning for the future, we are able to improve the environment of our home here in Austin, Texas. Each project links to the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan by reducing energy, water, waste, traffic emissions, as well as improving indoor air quality.
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) is a third-party green building certification program and the globally recognized standard for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings and neighborhoods. The rating system approach focuses on efficiency and leadership to deliver the triple bottom line returns of "people, planet and profit."
